TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Star Hospitality Company PTE Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "you"). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 Products Includes garments, uniforms, fabrics, and other apparel manufactured or supplied by the Company. 1.2 Services Includes design, fabric selection, sampling, manufacturing, delivery, and other related services offered by the Company. 1.3 Agreement Refers to any written or verbal contract, purchase order, or service arrangement between the Client and the Company.

2. Orders

2.1 Placing an Order Orders must be submitted in writing via email, purchase order, or through other agreed-upon methods. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications, including sizes, quantities, colors, and deadlines. 2.2 Order Confirmation All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. A written confirmation will be issued upon receipt of the order and any necessary deposits. 2.3 Custom Orders Customized garments are non-refundable and cannot be altered once production begins, unless there is a proven defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing Prices are quoted in advance and may vary based on specifications, materials, and quantities. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, or additional charges unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for order confirmation. The balance is due upon delivery or as specified in the Agreement. 3.3 Late Payments Payments not made by the agreed date will incur a late fee of 2% per month. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for overdue accounts.

4. Delivery

4.1 Timelines Delivery timelines will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues) will be communicated promptly. 4.2 Risk of Loss Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery. 4.3 Inspection The Client must inspect the products upon receipt and notify the Company of any discrepancies or defects within seven (7) days.

5. Warranties & Assurance

5.1 Product Warranty We guarantee that our products meet the agreed specifications and quality standards. Any defective product due to manufacturing errors will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, provided we are notified within fourteen (14) days of delivery. 5.2 Exclusions Normal wear and tear, improper care, or misuse of garments are not covered under warranty.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership All designs, concepts, and proprietary materials created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.2 Usage The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use Company designs without prior written consent.

7. Confidentitality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship, except as required by law or with prior consent.

8. Cancellations & Returns

8.1 Cancellation Policy Orders canceled after production begins will be subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased. 8.2 Returns Returns are only accepted for defective products or errors attributable to the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to Clients prior to their effective date. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
